Description: 

This custom Broadcast ENG Workstation is designed for mobile video production. The case features an installed 27” Dell Ultrasharp monitor, a black Formica laminated work surface, a slide out keyboard tray with a power outlet, 4U rack section and 3 heavy duty drawers. 

All surfaces of the case interior are finished with black texture coating. The case lid features a 27” Dell Ultrasharp monitor installed on a Chief articulating mount. A custom cable loom built by the LM Cases Custom Integration department contains a locking IEC power connector and HDMI. The cable loom is routed from the monitor to the main rack section. The case lid is supported by gas springs to ensure that it stays solid when moving the monitor.

The main work surface of the case is laminated with black Formica for a smooth writing surface. A 2U patch section is provided as a cable passage from the monitor to the rack section. The patch section comes with a 2U brush panel installed. A 4U rack section is provided for additional equipment storage. The rack features 20” rail – rail depth and a rear trap door. 

A slide out keyboard shelf is provided. The shelf is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood and mounted on HD locking drawer glides. The shelf features a LM Tour Systems DSK-AC box loaded with a courtesy duplex outlet complete with USB A & C charge ports. The shelf is finished with a solid cherry wood wrist rest. 

3 HD drawers are provided for storage. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch, mounted on HD Accuride glides and finished with black texture coating. Each drawer features usable interior dimensions of 19” wide x 23” deep x 5.375” tall. 

The exterior case is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The exterior features 6 deep recessed handles, table legs in the front lid, and recessed lid stays. The case rides on 4” Colson casters with the front 2 locking.
