Description: 

This custom sideline trunk is designed to be an all-in-one storage solution for sidelines. 

The trunk lid features a locking 12 bin storage box designed for small parts. A 5-compartment storage unit with a clear Lexan front is also included for larger items. Each compartment features a HD Southco slam latch. The lid is supported by gas springs which allows it to remain stationary during use. 

The trunk’s main work surface is constructed from 3/8” clear Lexan allowing easy viewing of the contents of the 3 drawers located below. The 10-drawer unit is built into a ½” plywood shell allowing full isolation from the trunk’s exterior. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on HD Accuride glides and finished with black texture coating. Each drawer features ¼” marine grade plastic dividers. The divider networks in each drawer are removable allowing for users to customize the drawers as needed. 

The trunk exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The trunk features 11 deep recessed handles and rides on 6” field casters. The casters are mounted via a ¾” plywood base, with the front 2 casters locking to keep the trunk in place during use.
